Yeah, It's been along time since I last blog.

Life has been busy and time is never enough for me....
Due to overwork, I have been sick for the last few weeks.
Firstly, Down with Eye Infections than to FLU!!!!
Now tat my Flu is getting much better but eye is not getting any better yet.

Have started doing Real Estate for abt 2mths. It's a great experience.
I learn lot of stuffs regarding HDB Loan/Rental Policy/Etc......
Manage to close some deals, pretty great experience.
Glad tat I'm doing well now with the help of my Manager - Francis Liau
He is someone who works hard and CHIONG!!!!
Friends around me who knows Francis mentioned that I am really like him - working throughout my life. What is Life for US? Money?
I cant said it is totally not about Money. However, I pretty enjoy wrking as an Agent.
Currently, I doing it as a Part-time. However, lots of pple asking
"Are you sure you are doing it for Part-time?" LOL!
BCos, almost everyday after my day job, I will go for viewing in the evening.....
Simply Enjoy the life I am having now....
Contented when there are results for all the hard work that I have put in.
Working towards my GOAL!!!!

Next, I wanna thank Jescilia for the help, she have help me to do up a Signature for email.

Maybe the economy is damn bad but I dun think it is the "RIGHT" way to do sales!!!! Lucky she didnt target me if not she will be TOLD OFF!!!! hahaha...

Yesh, it is a brand new day of the wk....

As usual, it's Monday Bluez.... Wahahha....

But It gonna end pretty soon..... 3/4 of the day past!!!!

Tell you guys sumthing funny abt my colleagues, they love to use the words LUNATICS as our boss uses it in his email.... (tat wat they told me :P) Anything also LUNATICS!!! OMG! I dun wanna be one of them man!!! Hahaha... Nice to wrk with the 2 ladies, but sumtimes it kind of bored as in the past I have lots of colleagues but now only 2 + 1 Boss. Small organisation better cos not much politics, as there is also nobody to gossip abt it... *lmao*

Eddie my ex colleague from AMEX Tabao lunch for me as he went lunching with his colleagues but I was too lazy to join them so he said he will Tabao for me..... He packed Char Siew Rice :D It's been a long since I ate tat, pretty sinful but NICE!!!! Wahaha....

I was MSNing wit Mel she told me abt her plan to fly to other country to do social work.... Sound pretty interesting rite? Haha.... If I can, I would join her during Dec but it gonna be like more den 1 wk thingy... Dunno whether can I take so much leave leh....

She also send me her workout schedule, wow damn tidious lo... When I look at her schedule I was thinking tat I'm so useless lo... Kinda feel stress for awhile, maybe I'm those day pass day kind....

I was thinking of taking up Aqua Aerobics classes during the wkdays.... It kinda affordable, S$65.00 for 12 sessions an hour each. Dunno who will interested to join me for the class :P

After dinner we walk ard af Far East Plaza, didnt really see anything tat caught my eye....

But I saw sumthing different like there are more shops there...

Like those whereby diffferent Blogshop will place their stuff there to sell....

I was thinking of putting my bags there to sell, but think of it kind of not worth it as it costs abt S$400.00 to rent a small place to put my bags where I got like more than 10 bags to sell!!!

Therefore, I will either sell it to frenz or let my cousin or fren (MeiQian) to put it in their blogshop to sell.... Hahaha....

All the shop is abt to close at abt 9+ so we walk down to Paragon as Peishan wanna meet her cousin.... Sweetie and I headed to IONs after tat, wanted to chill at Starbucks and even order Dark Mocha & Muffins but the lady told me tat they are closing at 11pm so in the end we cancel our order.... Feel so disappointed, so we decide to head to Boat Quay to meet up Aser & Michelle there and headed to Velvet- ZOUK!!!!

It's a crazy nite cos I was freaking drunk and had a bad hangover, didnt really sleep well too :( Maybe the drink there the liqour is much stronger and it's oso been along time since we club! After dis incident I really knw hw it feels when ones had a Hangover as I didnt had any only tat dae!!!! Really hate it to MAX!!!!

On Sat, supposely sweetie will accompany me to collect my ACER Notebook @ IBP Acer warehse but she gt a bad headace so I call ShuJing to accompany me to collect also buy her lunch as I was late cos she is pretty fast lo.... As her collegues send her to the nearest MRT station after wrk.... It pretty far for us to walk from the JE interchange to collect the Notebook but as we chatted along it pretty fast tat we reached. Surprising, I saw my cousin, Ah Bee there as she is collecting her Notebook too....

After which, walked back to JE MRT and Shu Jing taught me hw to fold paper cranes.... Yesh!!! I finally knw hw to fold :D

Headed back hme, start my new NBk to check whether is it wrking well.... hhaha... I was home alone as I was suppose to head to sweetie's hse but she slpt the whole day so I didnt went over to her place.

As for yesterdae, I was stuck at hme the whole day!!! Kind of bored as Dearie is wrking so I gotta stay at hme.... At abt 3+ I told myself to start clearing my cupboard and spring cleaning my room.... Yesh, threw quite alot of bags and stuff tat I dun really need/use... WOW quite abig bag.... Heez....

30th June 2009 - Last dae in SCB

Yesh! Finally It comes to the end of my contract... It's been a wonderful time being there for the past 9 mths! Times really flew fast! Kinda, miss the fun times with have there.... What I miss most is my lovely Fio Fio!!! GOSH! Dunno hw life will be without her.... She is still in SCB maybe for the last mth... Hopefully, she can get a job by den...

Drink Drank Drunk!!!

Yeah, yesterday was an enjoyable date with all my bestie- Felicity, Nguwar, MF, Mel, QL, SF & CK @ Chamber- Boat Quay!

A date to remember, we had an advance bdae celebration for our TWIN fren 22nd bdae!!! Yeah, Felicity & NguWar turn 22nd on the 26th June 09.

We opened a bottle of Martel and everyone must finish the bottle before we can head bck... Heez... However QL went off first... Bite her!!! We started with some cards game like HEART ATTACK & 6789 game.... Kinda fun and lots of laughters when we were playing it...

Lastly, we cut cake ard 1 plus before QL went off... Both of them cried as we sang the "Peng You" by Zhou Hwa Jian(dunno correct bo). They mus be touched rite? Heez.. Scare me off cos i was sitting in the center of both of them and suddenly Fel started crying after a few mins NguWar cry too... Glad tat the enjoyed & have fun!

Last but not list, I wish both of them Happy 22nd Bdae, All the best in their studies & career! Cheers to our 9yrs Friendship!!!!

From my point of view, BF & frenz are equally important in my life. Having a balance life will be great! Rather than just sticking to my bf over the weekend or even weekdays. Ones shld try to spend more times with fren rather than bf. As frenz are for life and BF are not for life!

I am not telling you to stop mting or spending time with bf but try to balance it out. Do think abt it, when you are in trouble with relationships who do u turn to? OF COS your FREN! But have u ever think of how ur fren will think of you? YOU are JUS MAKING USE OF them! When you are feeling down u call them up and tell them your problems.

However, when things between your bf & you gets better you start to neglect fren! They are all VICTIMS!!! DO SPARE A THOUGHT FOR THEM!

Making a Change in my life

It's been long since I update my blog... Dear have FINALLY Graduated! After 3yrs! It means tat we will be able to settle down soon. But there are some stuffs we need to sort out. For example our Lifestyle & habits.

Last weekend, went to my colleagues, Hanyang's 21st Bdae at his place. Party was kinder simple & fun! We got ourselves entertained by playing "Heart ATTACK". It is a nice game to play with groups of frenz.. Lots of Laughter too :) Had an enjoyable nite too.

During our usual meet up, Dear have told me to start saving than we will be able to settle down soon after he stable down his career in abt 2yrs time. If things don't work out we have to drag even longer! Tat wat I'm hating it!!!! This yr I will turn 22nd and dearie will be 25th yrs. We are not young anymore. Things gotta start right NOW!

Before I turned in yesterday nite, I thought to myself. Will I be able to save as much as I can within this 2yrs? If not, HOW? My current payslip wont last long cos it kinda instable due to the current market. Hopefully, I will be able to pass my M5 & M9 soon. So I will be able to start my full-time job ASAP. Hope it will not took me long, I've failed it twice! I admit I'm damn STUPID! Maybe becos I've not been studying for quite a long time after my Diploma. Abiltiy to memorising notes have deteriorate badly, tat could be a main reason of it. Haiz....

I gotta wake up soon! Cant be in my "Lala Land" anymore. Sometimes I tell myself, what can I do to make myself useful? I really Dunno & I feel lost sometime!

Life have changed, after so much things happening to my family. I've stop most of my social life & stay indoor for this period of time. Trying to give very single support I can for the family. it will be kind of bored staying at hme during wkend, whilst I used to be out with BF & frenz. Try to save any bits of $$$ I can.

Next mth, will be a busy mth for me. With lots of gathering coming on & hectic schedule coming out. I gotta stay PINK in Health man! Dearie, Felicity & Ngu War's bdae is coming out! So as usual there will be a party coming on... Heez....

Alrite, I shall stop right now & get bck to my work :)

Thailand - Pattaya & Bangkok

Have a funfilled trip to Pattaya and Bangkok! I miss those days when I'm there man! During the 5D4N trips I have made a few friends from the tour group too! They are nice people and laughter are always there.... In my previous post, I have already update on my 1st & 2nd days of my trip... Now I will update more on the rest of my trips at Pattaya & Bangkok....

On the 3rd of my trip (8th April), which is Mei foong's 22nd Birthday! We went to Dreamworld! Enjoyed myself them with the thrilling rides. Let me share with you, we took a ride called "spider" we thought that it is a warm up ride for us. But in the end, Shu Jing cried, some of our fren feel giddy because the ride lasted for quite long! Jing commented " Dont need money meh why so long, she even said she want to sue them" Wahaha... So cute of her :) Too lazy to talk abt the whole trip at Dreamworld.... After that we headed to Airport to see off 4 of our frenz in the group back to Singapore! Had a funfilled with them :)

After my trip from Bangkok, lots of people are haunting for my pictures, sorry to keep you guys waiting.... Due to my eye infection, I will not be able to online for long hours as it will make it worst.... However, I managed to edit some pictures to upload here....
